Overview

At PluginsVST, we strive to ensure every customer receives premium-quality digital products and reliable support.
Because our products are delivered digitally, our refund and return policies differ from physical goods.

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Refunds or Returns

To qualify for a refund or return, your order must meet the following criteria:

  • The product was not successfully activated or downloaded due to a verified technical issue on our end.

  • The product was not delivered within a reasonable timeframe (24–48 hours for manual activation orders).

  • You contacted support and allowed us to attempt resolution before requesting a refund.

If your item was successfully downloaded, activated, or used, it is not eligible for a refund due to the irreversible nature of digital goods.


Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Downloadable digital software products (including VST plugins, DAWs, sound libraries, expansions, or sample packs)

  • Gift cards or discount coupons

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Products activated or registered to a user account

Please note: Once a license key, serial number, or download link is issued, ownership is transferred and cannot be revoked or refunded.


Proof of Purchase

To process any refund or support request, we require:

  • A valid order ID or receipt confirmation

  • The email address used during the purchase

Please do not contact the software manufacturer directly for refund claims — all refunds must be processed through PluginsVST.com.


Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted only under exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate accidental purchases

  • Wrong product ordered and not yet delivered

  • Demonstrated technical incompatibility verified by our support team


Refund Processing

Once your request is approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear in your account.

You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been issued.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 7 business days:

  1. Recheck your bank or payment account.

  2. Contact your credit card provider — processing delays may occur.

  3. Reach out to your bank for pending transactions.

Exchanges

We replace digital licenses only if defective, corrupted, or non-functional.
If you need to request a replacement or reactivation, please email audiotools.vip@gmail.com with your order details.


Shipping & Physical Returns

Since our products are delivered digitally, no physical returns or shipping are required.
If your order included a physical bonus item, it must be returned in its original unopened condition to our fulfillment address (if applicable).
