Zynaptiq BALANCE

Stop Soloing Bands. Start Hearing the Mix.

Here’s a familiar nightmare: the mix is 90% there, but something’s off — muddy lows, harsh highs, a vocal that won’t sit. You reach for an EQ and lose an hour sweeping bands. Zynaptiq BALANCE was built to end that cycle. Tell it what tonal balance you want with four knobs — Slope, Weighting, Bass, Air — and it adaptively reshapes the whole spectrum toward your target. It’s match-EQ intelligence with tilt-EQ simplicity.

Four Knobs to a Better Mix

The BALANCE workflow: set your range with the low-cut and high-cut filters, pick a spectrum tracking mode (Hold, Track or Infinite depending on whether your material is static or moving), dial in the target curve, then ride the big EQ Amount dial until it sounds right. The wet gain control keeps loudness matched as you push the amount, so you’re always judging tone — never fooled by volume.

From Muddy to Mastered in Minutes

Where Zynaptiq BALANCE earns its keep is on full mixes, buses and groups. Drop it on a mix that’s fighting you, set a gentle target, and let it rebalance the frequency distribution while you listen to the song instead of the spectrum. It also excels at the “little something extra” — that final 5% of polish on recordings that already sound good.

Light Enough to Live on Every Bus

With custom minimum-phase filtering, just 3 samples of latency and low CPU usage, BALANCE can sit on your master bus, your drum bus and your vocal group at once. Up to 16 channels cover immersive formats, optional double-precision processing is there for purists, and the EASY view strips the interface down to the essentials when you’re in flow. The real-time analyser shows exactly what it’s doing: input vs output, target curve and gain change.
